Salia Abdul-Mumin is a third-year Electrical and Electronics Engineering student who hopes to pursue a career in the power sector to help address Africa’s energy crisis. Salia has served in many leadership roles in Ashesi. He served as the Speaker of Parliament for the Ashesi Student Council, where he helped foster an environment that promotes open and respectful dialogue, fair decision-making, and collaboration. As the ASC President, Salia hopes to promote student welfare and enhance the overall Ashesi experience for students. He hopes to build a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
