Jessie Aba Nelson is a third-year Business Administration student. She discovered her love for helping others and putting smiles on people’s faces after visiting the Dzorwulu Special School with a few friends. Having seen an opportunity to do this while in school, she decided to join the Outreach Committee. Her zeal and hardworking nature gave her the opportunity to be appointed by the then Chairperson as the Secretary of the committee. Through this role, she was able to learn the ins and outs of the committee since she was working closely with the heads. Jessie loves to read and watch crime shows. In her current position as the Co-chairperson of the Outreach Committee, she hopes to address a major challenge she has noticed regarding the committee, little recognition of the committee and its objectives, with the help of her Chairperson.
