Our new Head of Humanities & Social Sciences, Dr. Maame Mensa-Bonsu, describes herself as an introvert who does a good impression of an extrovert. Before joining Ashesi, Dr. Mensa-Bonsu was a fellow at the London School of Economics, where she taught Public Law. She holds a Bachelor’s in law (LLB) from the University of Ghana and a Doctor of Philosophy in Law from the University of Oxford. In her new role at Ashesi, she will be leading efforts to build our new law programme and helping strengthen the core curriculum.
