This course is designed to equip you with effective communication, research, and analysis skills that will enable you to successfully present your team’s work for the Challenge and prepare you for further development of these skills in the Written and Oral Communications course in Spring. You will specifically hone your skills in the following areas: writing, public speaking, argumentation, multimedia communication, and research. You will also build your teamwork skills by collaborating on the culminating project, which will be in-class team debates on contemporary issues related to specific African Development Goals.
