Summary of event/incident: A security guard on duty stole a student’s mobile phone from a classroom, while the student had stepped out. The student reported the missing item, and a search revealed it was in the possession of the security guard. He was apprehended by his colleagues and sent to the Police station for questioning and resolution. The phone was retrieved and given back to the student.
