For the past decade, the Ghana Climate Innovation Center (GCIC) at Ashesi has empowered hundreds of climate-smart ventures, influenced national policy, and built partnerships that are driving inclusive and sustainable growth.

Ashesi opened the academic year welcoming its first MBA and Intelligent Computing Systems master’s cohorts, the fourth Mechatronic Engineering class, and the debut of its dual intake model with Cohort One of the Class of 2029.

Ashesi’s 2025 staff and faculty retreat, the first since the launch of our Beyond the Horizon Strategic Plan, served as a moment to reflect on progress and align teams for our next milestones.

AIX is designed to provide a holistic learning experience for high school students. The two-week program enables attendees to experience university-level work, and gain stronger understanding of the pathways available to them after high school.
