Refresh your leadership. Transform your organization

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping work and senior-level decision-making. Leaders today need more than curiosity about AI. They need clarity on where it creates value, how to manage its risks, and how to govern its adoption responsibly. This three-day, in-person program equips executives with a practical understanding of how to use AI strategically within African institutional contexts.

From Insight to Implementation

The experience begins with a half-day Forum that convenes executives and policymakers to examine emerging AI trends and their implications for African organizations. Grounded in faculty-led research, the Forum shares insights from the Leading in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Ghana study and explores how leaders are deploying AI today.

The two-day Masterclass then shifts from dialogue to application. Participants work with practical frameworks, real use cases, and structured experimentation to identify opportunities, assess risks, and implement AI with sound governance.

Who Is This For?

  • Functional heads and managers across strategy, operations, HR, finance, risk/legal, & customer-facing teams shaping AI adoption
  • Leaders moving from informal AI use to structured implementation with governance & accountability
