Call for Submissions:
Ashesi Law Journal

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, which established the Ashesi Law Journal as a distinguished platform for rigorous legal scholarship, the Journal is now inviting submissions for its next edition.

The Ashesi Law Journal is a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to high-quality legal scholarship. It welcomes original articles from legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers exploring contemporary legal issues or the intersection of law and policy. The Journal seeks to foster insightful scholarship that informs public policy, governance, and justice in Africa and beyond.

Article Guidelines

  • Length: Articles should be 8,000 words excluding footnotes and must not exceed 10,000 words including footnotes.

  • Citation Style: All submissions must conform to the Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).
