Dr. Shikoh Gitau is a researcher with Google User Experience Africa

team, she has a PhD from the University of Cape Town. More about Dr

Dr Gitau will talk about her role with the Google User Experience

Africa team, and put this in a broader perspective with a discussion

about the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for

development activities. She will also discuss how ICT for development

involves other disciplines than computer science and human computer

interaction, for example development studies, sociology and

anthropology.
