Stephane Nwolley (PhD)

Dr. Stephane Nwolley is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation including Big Data & AI adoption and business strategy. He has aided in the digitalisation of various domains such as Local Government, Education, Telecommunications, Insurance, Banking, Agriculture, and Healthcare. He is a researcher and has published in several journals with keynote representations at global conferences. His scholarly contributions include keynote speeches at significant conferences:

1. World Trade Organization’s (WTO) 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13) 2024, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

2. 6th PASET Forum & Rsif Annual Conference, 2024, Nairobi, Kenya.

Currently serving as the Chairperson of the ICT Sector at the Association of Ghana Industries. Dr. Nwolley also holds a position as a Board Member of the CSIR College of Science and Technology, Chairperson of the Technology and Innovation Sector – NEDS, Ghana Export Promotion Authority. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Npontu Technologies Ltd, where he established a robust AI platform (Snwolley) and leads the Big Data and AI innovation alongside Cloud Application services that caters for business needs effectively.

With over 9 years in higher education and professional practice, he is a passionate educator and an adjunct lecturer at Ashesi University. Dr. Nwolley holds a Ph.D. in ICT Management (Big Data) from CASS, France. Fluent in both English and French, he is dedicated to fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration across disciplines. Dr. Nwolley’s professional journey and contributions highlights his commitment to enhancing technological capabilities and academic excellence within the tech industry and academia alike.
