Shefi Nelson

As a provider of law and business-related services, Shefi has embraced the additional role of teaching the law to curious–minded and passionate students.
Shefi Nelson is the co-founder of Luris Consult Ltd (a business and legal consultancy) and started out her law career in Commercial Litigation, Land and Family Law while consulting in the Fintech space. She primarily practices as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer and is engaged in Corporate Governance related roles. Shefi holds a BSc. from Ashesi University, an LLB from the University of London, an LPC from the University of Law and a Masters in Law, Business and Management with same. She is a licensed lawyer undertaking tax training. Shefi has strong research interests in the Law of Equity and Trusts, Efficient Business Structures and Business Law. Shefi believes in the uniqueness of each student with something special brought to their own education. She strives to assist students express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well as embrace the differences of others.
