Saeed is a Lecturer in the Law and Public Policy Department at Ashesi University. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He is qualified to practice law in Ghana and in the State of New York.

Saeed brings extensive practice experience to his teaching. He has handled complex civil and criminal disputes across diverse industries, including insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, land, and construction. He has also consulted for international organizations, including the World Bank, on development projects and law reform in Ghana.

Saeed’s teaching philosophy is grounded in a commitment to bridging theoretical knowledge with its practical application. He aims to give his students a holistic legal education. His research focuses on international trade law, intellectual property law, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulation, international arbitration, and public international law.
