Nana Yaw Kyeremeh Osei-Safo ’26

Nana Yaw Kyeremeh Osei-Safo is a Mechanical Engineering student at Ashesi University and currently serves as the Co-Chairperson of the Ashesi Student Council’s Judicial and Electoral Council (JEC). In this role, he works to uphold fairness, transparency, and integrity in all student elections and judicial processes. Driven by a strong belief in ethical leadership, Nana Yaw champions the integration of ethical reasoning across academic disciplines—seeing it as a critical part of preparing students to become not only skilled professionals but also thoughtful and responsible members of society. As Co-Chairperson, he is committed to strengthening the presence and impact of the JEC in student life.

Beyond governance, Nana Yaw is drawn to the intersection of engineering, design, and social impact. He is particularly interested in how sustainable technologies and collaborative problem-solving can address complex challenges across communities. With a focus on holistic, human-centred solutions, he hopes to contribute to projects that are not only technically sound but socially meaningful.
