Kirsty Amartey is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering student with an avid interest in renewable energy and sustainability. She believes that every day of a person’s life is an opportunity to leave a mark. Living by this, she has spent her time at Ashesi contributing to the growth of others as a Buddy Coach, FDE coach, and Welfare Committee member. Today, she serves as the Welfare Committee Chairperson. In her free time, Kirsty loves learning about digital creation to complement her love for art and beautiful scenery. Throughout her tenure, Kirsty aims to create a campus space that fosters the growth of the physical, mental, and social well-being of everyone and to continually provide avenues for students to de-stress and re-energise.
