Keren Naa Abeka Arthur (PhD)

Adjunct Faculty, Economics & Business Administration

Keren holds a Ph.D. in Governance of Financial Innovation and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Exeter Business School, UK. She is an Alumnus of Ashesi University where she studied Business Administration and graduated first class with Magna Cum Laude Honors. Keren has ten (10) years’ experience as an educator, researcher and consultant in several consultancy projects.

Her research interests are in experiential learning pedagogies for entrepreneurial mindset development, embedding responsible innovation in design thinking projects and in sustainability mindset development. Keren is a member of the Academy of Management and the PRME Working Group on Sustainability Mindset.

Her current projects include developing an easy to use strategic planning toolkit for Small Enterprises, writing local cases for entrepreneurship education and exploring the sustainability mindset of student entrepreneurs. Keren has served as a resource person, coach, and panel member for capacity-building workshops and business plan competitions nationally.
