Judith Yaa Baby Appiah, recently recognized for her impact and a recipient of the Young Woman Leader Award, is a powerhouse in finance, entrepreneurship, and student leadership. She has held key roles as Finance Lead for the Ashesi Netball Association and Events & PR Chair for the Ashesi Real Estate Club. She also serves as a board member of the Ashesi Rotaract Club, contributing to community-driven initiatives.

As Finance Chairperson of the Ashesi Student Council, Judith ensures financial transparency, responsible fund allocation, and equitable support for all student groups. As a born entrepreneur, she founded Errand Eye and Pandella Homes, where she honed her leadership and management skills. Her passion for investment banking earned her recognition as one of Ghana’s Top 15 Talent by SEO Africa and Bank of America in 2024.
