Eric is a certified John Maxwell leadership coach, a USAID WASH scholar, World Bank institute development specialist. Since receiving his MPhil in Development Studies, Eric Acheampong has concentrated on using knowledge and experience in consultancy, research, and teaching.

He has continued to build up and expand his academic research and teaching portfolio at the Accra Business School, HuDgroup Institute, and Ashesi University as well as various other schools part-time. In his consultancy, he advises clients in various areas of management including leadership, entrepreneurship, strategic management, and operations strategy development.
