Enyonam Canice Kudonoo, Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer of Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Qualitative Research Methods, and Organization Development at Ashesi University, Ghana. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Organization Development from Benedictine University. Enyonam is a certified mediator and the outgoing president of the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators and Arbitrators (GHACMA) and the Ghana Home Economics Association (GHEA).
