David Ebo Adjepon-Yamoah (PhD)

David Ebo Adjepon-Yamoah (PhD) is a dedicated educator in Software Engineering. With a PhD in System Dependability from Newcastle University (UK), Dr Adjepon-Yamoah has served as a lecturer at Ashesi University, where he teaches courses in Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, etc. He also serves as a patron for the Ashesi Sign Language and Google Developer Student clubs. He is the author of several conference papers largely on System Dependability and Inclusive Systems.

Dr. Adjepon-Yamoah’s teaching philosophy is grounded in experiential learning, where he believes students learn best by actively engaging with real-world situations that challenge them to apply knowledge and skills. By creating opportunities for hands-on experiences, he aims to foster critical thinking, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
