Abigail Awuah
Full-time: Industrial & Organisational Psychology
Abigail is an academic practitioner who holds an MPhil in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Psychology with Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon. Her scholarship focuses on applying psychological theories to real-world work contexts, particularly within Ghanaian organizational settings. With over a decade of experience teaching undergraduate students, Abigail’s teaching philosophy emphasizes learner-centered instruction, critical thinking, and the integration of theory and practice inorder to bridge industry and academia. In addition to her academic work, she has significant professional experience in human resource management and administration, having held managerial and advisory roles in various private sector organizations. Abigail is also a member of the Ghana Psychological Association.
