A Pan-African Leadership Journey
Participants learn alongside distinguished leaders from business, academia, and policy: including Clare Akamanzi, Patrick Awuah, Stephen Adei, Rosette Chantai Rugamba, Tendai Murisa, Yaw Nsarkoh, and Natalie Munyampenda—whose experiences reflect the complexity and opportunity of leading on the continent.
Facilitated by the Center for Executive Education, the program strengthens judgment under pressure, sharpens strategic perspective, and equips executives to lead institutions that are both high-performing and principled.
Participants earn a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Ashesi University.
