A Place For Leaders Who Build Nations.

The Center for Leadership at Ashesi brings together senior leaders across sectors (private, public, civil society, and academia) to share bold ideas, have courageous conversations, and commit to ethical actions that build enduring systems, shape policy, and build great organizations and nations.

Our programs provide a comprehensive range of leadership development opportunities—from a flagship, quarterly executive program for top-level leaders, to short open enrollment courses for busy managers seeking targeted skill enhancement, and fully customized programs tailored to the specific needs of organizations. Each is delivered by expert faculty and focuses on personal growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational impact.
