This course follows through as a sequel to Immovable Property Law I, building upon the foundational principles introduced, focusing on legal and equitable interests in land and exploring the relationship between landlords and tenants and the peculiar nature of leases and licenses as interests in land. The course also delves into the dynamics of the state’s power of eminent domain as well as the rules governing same.
