The goal of the course is to familiarize students with the legal environment within which business is conducted in Ghana and Internationally. It is recognized that students undertaking this course are not being trained to be lawyers. However, the basis of all business activity is underlined by rules and regulations and for that matter laws. It is therefore essential that a student of business law appreciates rudiments or has a basic understanding of the legal framework governing businesses in Ghana.
